Good resistance to extreme temperatures, mechanical stress, and chemicals are tough requirements to meet. This is where KLINGERSIL shines: These gasket sheet materials are composed of aramid fibers, mineral fibers, and elastomers bonded together with a nitrile rubber binder. This combination provides high resistance to various chemicals, oils, and solvents, making KLINGERSIL ideal for applications where traditional gasket materials may fail.
Designed to withstand extreme chemical conditions, KLINGER TopChem PTFE gasket materials offer tightness, resistance to strong acids and alkaline solutions. Combined with an excellent performance at medium and low temperatures, these properties make them well suited for applications in industries where chemical resistance is crucial.
Graphite laminate gasket materials are suitable for temperatures from -200 °C to 550 °C. Thanks to the graphite foil used they offer resistance to a wide range of chemicals and are easy to remove from the flange.
The soft gasket material is specifically designed for high temperature applications. KLINGER Milam can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 900 °C. This remarkable durability makes it ideal for applications where other materials might fail such as exhaust pipes, turbines, or fuel lines.
KLINGER sheets have been manufactured in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria, since 1982
All KLINGER sheet materials undergo strict quality control before cutting. KLINGER also offers jointing materials in sheet or cut gaskets, ensuring easy installation in various applications. KLINGER’S range of sheeting materials has been trusted by industries for over a century. These gaskets are ideal for applications such as pipe flanges, heat exchanges, and valve covers.
KLINGER sheet materials are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 and comply with a range of industry-specific standards, including FDA regulations for food contact and fire safety standards. This ensures that the products meet the highest quality and safety requirements.
Information about KLINGER’s certification
All KLINGERSIL gaskets are tested for the highest quality, as in 1989 and still today
One of the key benefits of KLINGER’s sheet material is its ability to conform to irregular surfaces. This allows for a tight and leak-free sealing solution. KLINGER sheet materials offer cost-saving benefits by providing reliable sealing and insulation, reducing energy costs, and preventing leaks and downtime. Additionally, these materials can extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce maintenance costs, making them a cost-effective solution for various industries and applications.
After careful quality control, all sheeting panels are printed and cut
